AlaFitness™ as a Comprehensive Fitness Tracker
Once paired with the compatible devices¹, the app will start to record data collected by the devices. The devices include different kinds of sensors used for various sports, such as running, cycling, rowing, aerobic, weight training, etc. For each activity, AlaFitness™ will provide the most relevant data. You can see time, distance, speed, cadence, heart rate, calories, weight, sets, and more. All these data are available on the cloud.

You can view your data and analysis report after your activity is over. You can also view your performance for a specific activity cumulatively during your selected time range.

Precaution for use
1.When using Alatech equipment, please take safety measures, such as putting on the emergency clip of a treadmill, be aware of other protection features on equipment and devices, and make sure the emergency stop program is functioning properly.
2.Please do not hold onto your mobile device during workout, please leave it on the designated area on the display console of the equipment, if any.
3.Please warm up and stretch properly to prevent physical injury.
4.Please adjust the speed and progress according to your physical condition. If you are experiencing any discomfort, stop the exercise immediately.
5.Alatech devices and equipment are for normal exercise use only. Failure to perform so or use the devices and equipment for other activity is at your own risk of injury.
